The user has learned how to control water with his Arcane skill making him/her able to control water however he likes if there is any around him/her. This is rather hard to use and takes a long time to master, but when you have mastered it it can be very useful as defense and offense.
Negatives:
10% easier to be distracted when you use any spell.
Techniques:
Water Armor;
The user takes control of allot water around him and uses it as a thick shield of water making the opponents attacks slower and cause less damage.
10% less damage taken from each attack that hits the shield.
If the opponent hits the shield it will be 10% easier to hit him/her with your next attack.
Martial skill needed: 40
Actions taken: 2
MP Cost: 100
Ice Armor;
The next step of the water armor it to be able to make the water freeze. This is what you then get.
You take no damage unless the attacker has 40 more power than your arcane skill.
Can only be used once every three rounds.
Shield may brake if it gets attacked several times per round.
Martial skill needed: 90
Actions taken: 4
MP cost: 400
Demonic Ice;
This If you stand in a puddle of water or just have water around your feet you will be able to use this technique. The user takes control of the water and raises it like spears, then makes it freeze so he he/she has masses of ice spears pointing out to wards all directions from him/her.
Attacker takes Arcane Skill x 10 in damage.
This is a very powerful technique and can only be used once every 4 rounds.
User only takes 50-30% of the original damage.
Martial skill needed: 150
Actions taken: 4
MP cost: 800
Ice Grasp;
If an opponent stands in or near any water You can make it flow up his/her body and make it freeze making him/her unable to move. This technique has different effects depending how long you wait before you make the water freeze and so on.
Makes opponent immobile in different pasts of his/her body.
Can only be used once every 2 rounds.
Takes 2 actions to freeze just one leg making the opponent less mobile and has 10% less chance of dodging. 3 actions for both legs and 20% less chance of dodging. 5 actions for freezing the legs and the body of the opponent making it 10-5% chance of dodging an attack.
10% easier to get distracted when trying to freeze one leg. 20% easier when trying to freeze 2 legs. 30% easier to get distracted when trying to freeze legs and body.
